Wayzata Board Approves $100,000 Property Tax Reduction

This was a property tax assessment appeal hearing with 25 properties reviewed. Most appeals were resolved through agreement between property owners and county assessors prior to the hearing. Only one property owner appeared in person to challenge their assessment.
